The NHE recognizes the rivet projection (U), serves as a hold-down device and helps to reliably recognize components before forming with tolerance errors or missing components. As result of the HPP-25 monitoring capability, inspection of components pre or post forming can be eliminated. Additional inspection Stations can be eliminated and production cost can be reduced.
